Tasks
A task is an activity that is part of a process and is described on Task Details page. A
process is your financial institution’s workflow built into a Process within
Vanceo created through collaboration by your Financial Institution’s
Administration and with the assistance of a Wolters Kluwer Administrator. A task
may request the user to complete certain information or documents inside or
outside of Vanceo. Users complete tasks to move the workflow to completion. You
can access tasks from the
icon in the header of a transaction’s details, from
the Tasks Grid on the Vanceo Dashboard
or from
the Transaction Summary.
The task status icon is a helpful visual indication of a task’s current status. The task status icon will always appear next to the task name. The following are all of the possible task statuses and their definition:
Open: A task that is currently in progress or has not yet had
any work started on it yet will be signified with the grey unfilled
circle.
Complete: A task that has been already completed by a user will
be signified with the green check mark circle.
Stopped: A task that has been stopped will be signified with
the circle. Stopped tasks occur when the associated process has been
stopped and there were tasks currently open. A Process could be
stopped to indicate the transaction has initiated an adverse action
and the associated process is no longer relevant to the transactions
new path.
Upcoming Task: A task that is within 70% of its duration, but
not 100% of its defined duration and is in jeopardy of being
late.
Past Due Task: A task that has reached greater than 100% of its
defined duration and is now past due.
