Stop a Process

The Stop Process action stops the current Vanceo process associated to a transaction and marks the current tasks with a Stopped status.

Selecting Stop Process stops all active tasks in the process, stops new tasks from starting, and prevents reopening tasks in the process.
Current tasks in the process marked with a Complete status will keep the Complete status, but cannot be reopened.
An active process must be associated with the transaction before it can be stopped. The process cannot have a Complete or Stopped status.
A user must be assigned the 'Stop Process' permission in Security Administration to stop a process.

Note: Stopping a process is not reversible.
