Am I required to enter information into NMLS/License Issue Date, License Issuer Authority Type, or License Authority Name for Settlement Agents or Real Estate Brokers?

These items, applicable when a party has a License ID in lieu of an NMLS ID, are optional items collected by the GSEs when completing a transaction for UCD.

While the information entered is included in the UCD file, it does not print to the Closing Disclosure or any other transaction documents.
