How are parties used in a template?

You are able to indicate the number of parties by selecting + Borrower, + Cosigner and + Guarantor for each party and the type of party by selecting the type within each party row. When a transaction is created from a template, you will be prompted to replace or remove the templates parties with actual parties of the same type.

If you need to add additional parties to your transaction, you will be able to do so in the transaction; however, since they were not part of the template you will need to enter the information for that party throughout the transaction.
