How do I create one application document for two parties on the transaction?

After multiple parties are added to a transaction on the Parties page, select Co-applicants. For a single application, select the co-applicant for each borrower. For separate applications, leave the area blank.

The Co-applicants data does not impact the joint or individual credit under Type of Application, Section 1 of the Universal Credit Application Real Estate document. Individual credit is identified when the loan has only one borrower and the borrower does not have a community property state spouse or equivalent. Individual credit with another is identified the loan has one borrower and at least one cosigner.

Individual Credit (community property state) is identified when the application document is for a borrower and they have a community property spouse. Joint credit is identified when the application document is for a borrower and there are multiple borrowers on the loan.
