How is the Appraisal Receipt selected?

The Appraisal Receipt document is found in the Processing phase on the Document Data and Print pages.

For each piece of collateral needing an Appraisal Receipt, on the Document Data page, within the Collateral section(s), select Lender wants an Appraisal Receipt.
