When HMDA Applies is selected, where do I enter Construction Method, Manufactured Home Land Property Interest, and Manufactured Home Secured Property Type for Condo, Non-Residential Real Estate, and PUD collateral types?

Construction Method, Manufactured Home Land Property Interest, and Manufactured Home Secured Property Type are not collected on the Collateral Details page for these collateral types but are included automatically in the HMDA record as follows:
  • Construction Method = ‘1 = Site Built’
  • Manufactured Home Land Property Interest = Not applicable
  • Manufactured Home Secured Property Type = Not applicable
