How do I know that a transaction has been successfully included in a pipe delimited text file when working with transactions on the HMDA Processing page?

After you have selected the transactions you wish to include in the pipe delimited file, click Create LAR Record From Selected.

After the process has finished, if all transactions are successfully included in the pipe delimited file, a message will display to indicate that transactions were successfully processed. For those transactions that had not previously been included in a pipe delimited file, the Submitted column will change from Not Submitted to Submitted.

For any transactions that encounter an error during processing, a message including the Loan Numbers that were not successfully processed will be provided and the Submitted column will remain unchanged.
