What do the Property Status options in the Real Estate Owned section represent?

The available options include O, PS, R, and S.

Select O to indicate the real estate owned asset will be retained as a primary or secondary residence.
Select PS to indicate that the asset is Pending Sale.
Select R to indicate the asset will be retained as a Rental property.
Select S to indicate that the asset is Sold.
