Why does the Housing Counseling Agencies Notice not list the borrower's address or any agencies?

The Housing Counseling Agencies Notice is using the Postal Code from the Mailing Street Address on the Parties details page.

To list the borrower's address and the agencies, enter a Postal Code for the Mailing Street Address or indicate the Mailing Address is the same as Physical Address
