How do I include Settlement Agent signatures on the Closing Disclosure?

To include settlement agent signatures, in Administration on the Mortgage Policies page include borrower signatures on the Closing Disclosure by selecting Include borrower signature lines on the Closing Disclosure from within the Signatures section of your document policies.

Then when completing your transaction, select Settlement Agent Signatures Included on Closing Disclosure Addendum from within the Transaction Data section on the Document Data page in the closing phase.
