What fees are included in the Amount Paid to Lender calculation?

The following fees are included in the Amount Paid to Lender calculation:

• Prepaid odd days interest when it is subtracted from the proceeds.
• Any fee paid by the Borrower, paid to the Lender and is subtracted from the proceeds or added to the amount requested.
• The initial deposit for your escrow account when it is subtracted from the proceeds.
