How do the amounts on the Disbursements page impact the Closing Disclosure?

The Funds from Borrower, Amount Given to Borrower, and Amount Paid to Insurance Companies are not used on the Closing Disclosure. They are used on documents like the Disbursement Authorization and Loan Information Report.

The Amount Paid to Lender and Amount Paid to Public Officials are not used on the Closing Disclosure from the Disbursement page. The amounts are a total of fees. The individual fees, which make up the totals, will print to their designated section on the Closing Disclosure.

The Amount Paid on Loan Account, Amount Paid to Insurance Companies From Borrower Funds, Amount Paid to Public Officials From Borrower Funds and Amount Paid to Third Party will print on the Closing Disclosure in the Payoffs and Payments section when the amounts are identified as Payoff and Payment.
