How do I fill out the Borrower’s Principal Dwelling and Owner’s Principal Dwelling options?

The owner(s) of the collateral are automatically assumed to be the borrowers defined for the transaction. For Real Estate or Personal Property Residence collateral, the Borrower’s Principal Dwelling and Owner’s Principal Dwelling default selected in the Collateral Information section on the Collateral Details page.

The Borrower’s Principal Dwelling and Owner’s Principal Dwelling options can be changed for specific situations. If the owner(s) of the collateral are different from the borrower(s), remove the defaulted borrowers and add the applicable owners. Update the dwelling options as needed.
