Can more than one trustee be added to a piece of collateral in the Owners section on the Collateral Details page?

More than one trustee can be added to a piece of collateral. Up to two trustees will print on the Deed of Trust when the property is located in Virginia while one trustee will print on the Deed of Trust in all other states.
