When are Gift Funds required to be disclosed in the Other Credits section of the Summaries of Transactions section of the Closing Disclosure?

Gift Funds are not required to be disclosed on the Closing Disclosure if they are provided in advance of the real estate closing. Gift Funds are only required to be disclosed if they are paid at closing by third parties.
