Can more than one Deposit and/or Excess Deposit be included in the Summaries of Transaction section of the Closing Disclosure?

Only one instance of Deposit may be included within the section L. Paid Already by or on Behalf of Borrower at Closing, and only one instance of Excess Deposit may be included within section N. Due from Seller at Closing.

Although, multiple rows and instances of Deposit and/or Excess Deposit may be entered on the Closing Disclosure page, only the first instance of Deposit and/or Excess Deposit will print in the Summaries of Transaction section of the Closing Disclosure.
