Loan Parties Sections

Six of the seven sections of data collection are related to the Party identified in the section. ( i.e. Borrower, Appraiser, Appraiser Supervisor, Loan Originator, and Loan Origination Company)

  • The Borrower section will repeat based upon the number of borrowers on the loan.
  • Other sections may or may not be expanded for data collect based on information collected within ComplianceOne.
  • The Other Party Identifiers section allows you to select and include additional parties for your loan such as Document Custodian, Payee, Servicer, etc.
  • Note: Select + to add data collection in a party section.
