How do I complete an OFAC check for a party on a transaction?

OFAC checks are run automatically after adding or saving a party within a transaction. OFAC checks can also be manually completed from within Party Management by hovering over a party and selecting the flag button.

OFAC checks are not done when importing a party (or a transaction) from an interface.
