This view shows the Automated Underwriting Findings section that displays after a successful submission of the request to Loan Product Advisor for automated underwriting and merged credit services.

  • View and/or Print Findings Reports/Certificates: Double-click on a row to view a separate window with findings and access to printing.

  • Findings Reports/Certificates: The following standard Findings Reports or Certificates from the Loan Product Advisor service may display based upon the loan submitted.
    • Full Feedback Certificate: The Full Feedback certificate dynamically displays information depending on the loan and service request information sent to Loan Product Advisor. The certificate may contain the following areas of information:
      • Evaluation Summary
      • Loan Data
      • Results
      • Credit Report Information
      • Mortgage Information
      • Asset Information
      • Calculated Values
      • Borrower Information
      • Transaction Information
      • Feedback Summary with details for Employment and Income; Assets and Reserves; Credit and Liabilities; Property and Appraisal; General Messages; and Mortgage Insurance and Fees.

  • Document Checklist: Select Document Checklist to display a list of the minimum documentation to be included in the loan file.
  • Credit: Select Credit for a merged credit report if you have previously obtained credit services in ComplianceOne prior to requesting automated underwriting services from Loan Product Advisor.
    Note: The Loan Product Advisor interface will automatically include an Order Merged Credit request along with the Order AUS request if credit services have previously been received in ComplianceOne. It will include the previously obtained credit report.
  • Credit Certificate: Select Credit Certificate for details of borrower information, merged credit status, transaction information, and assignment information as applicable. The Merged Credit Certificate will only be returned if the credit is successfully returned for each borrower or joint borrowers.
  • Error Messages: Select Error Messages for general feedback messages from the service response results. Feedback messages provide detailed information about the assessment of the loan application data.
  • Save: Select Save to save verification data and response data such as AUS Key Identifier and AUS Loan Identifier (for use in resubmissions) and to return to ComplianceOne.
  • Download Log File: Select Download Log File to download an XML file of the service request and/or response. Generally, this XML file is used by Wolters Kluwer Support Services when troubleshooting customer issues.
Note: After a successful submission of a loan from ComplianceOne to Loan Product Advisor for automated underwriting services, the loan and all required data is accessible directly within the Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor solution at the following URL: https://www.loanprospector.com/lpas2s/LPSTSServlet
