• Real Estate Owned: This item shows the address of the real estate owned (REO) property taken from data entered on the Financial Analysis page in ComplianceOne.
• Market Value: This item shows the value of the real estate owned property if it were to be sold today taken from data entered on the Financial Analysis page in ComplianceOne.
• Property Type: Select type of dwelling or structure for the real estate owned property.
