What property valuation information should be submitted to Loan Product Advisor?

If a property valuation has been completed and an appraisal identifier is available, the following information should be reported:

• Appraisal Identifier (entered on the Collateral Details page): This is the Doc File ID generated by Uniform Collateral Data Portal, which can contain the numbers 0-9 and letters A-H.
• Valuation Method (entered on the Collateral Details page): This is the method used by the appraiser to arrive at the appraised value.
• Form Number (entered on the Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary document): This is the appraisal form used to report the valuation.
