Clicking Roles from the Navigation menu displays
the Roles page.

The Roles page displays all organizations currently within the system and the TSoftPlus Roles
configured to each organization. Note the following features:
Viewable Organizations
- FI Administrators - Only the organizations to which the FI Administrator has
access to is displayed.
- Expand All, Collapse All - These buttons allow you to expand or collapse all
organizations to either display or conceal the individual roles, respectively.
Organizations are expanded by default.
- + ROLE - Allows you to create a new role for the selected organization. For more
information, refer to Creating a
Role.
- Hovering the cursor over a role highlights it and displays the - REMOVE and +
COPY buttons.

- - REMOVE - Allows you to delete the role from the associated organization.
When this button is clicked, it is replaced with confirmation buttons.

- COPY ROLE - Allows you to create a new role based on the selected role for
the same organization.
- Inherit Roles - This feature allows you to inherit the roles of a parent
organization to the associated child organization. For information on enabling inherited
roles, refer to Inheriting a Role.
Inherited Roles
Individual inherited roles can be disabled by hovering over an inherited role and
deselecting the Inherit Roles option.
