Individual Contacts are persons that can be associated as an Authorizing Officer or Responsible
Officer or Document Return To for an associated organization.
To create an Individual contact:
From the Navigation menu, click CONTACTS. The Contacts page is displayed.
Click +INDIVIDUAL. The Create Individual pop-up window is
displayed.
Enter as much information pertaining to the individual as possible.
Note: Required fields are indicated on the screen
with an asterisk.
You can optionally share the individual's information with an existing
organization. To do this:
Click SHARE WITH ORGS. The Share with Organization window is
displayed.
Locate and select one or more organizations.
Click OK.
Click SAVE. The individual is added to the system and the Contacts page is displayed.
You can verify the new individual by performing a search on the Contacts
page.
