Creating a Role

To create a role for a specific organization:
  1. From the Navigation menu, select ROLES.
    The Roles page is displayed.

  2. Browse for the desired organization and click its + ROLE button.
    The Role pop-up window is displayed.

    Note: ROLE NAME is required.
  3. Within the Role Name field, enter the name of the role as it should appear under the organization expander.
  4. From the Functions list, select the functions that should be available to users assigned to the new role.
  5. Click SAVE.
    The new role is displayed within the associated organization.
