Logging Out

Logging out of the application is important for information security.

When finished working in the application, it is important to use the Logout/LOGOFFLOG OFF link (located in the upper right of the screen) to end your session. This ensures that any locked folders are unlocked as you exit OneFile.
Important:
  • Users can unlock their own folders. When you click Logout, the system automatically unlocks the current folder.
  • You can unlock the folders you have locked by searching for them and unlocking them.
  • Managers and system administrators can also unlock folders. Unlocking a folder should only be done when the manager or system administrator knows the user who locked that folder is not current editing it. To determine who has locked the folder, search for the folder and view it. It will display who has the folder locked on the top part of the screen.
  1. From any page, click LogoutLOGOUTLOG OFF located in the upper-right corner of the screen.







    After your session is successfully ended, the following screen is displayed.



  2. To log in again, click the link on the page and return to the Logging On pageyou must revisit the login address with your browser.You are logged out of the system and returned to the Log On page.
