Collect As

The available options of Cash, Subtract from Proceeds, and Add to Amount Requested specify how the fee will be paid.

• Add to Amount Requested will increase the Amount Requested and therefore the loan amount
• Cash does not affect loan amount
• Subtract from Proceeds decreases the Proceeds calculated for the transaction and reduces the amount that will be disbursed to the borrower

The available selections are dependent upon who pays the fee. If a fee is paid by the Seller, Lender, or Other the fee must be collected as Cash and you cannot choose otherwise.
