The Signers page allows for selecting the individuals that will sign documents on
behalf of an Entity. The page supports Entity Signers that are nested to a level of 3 deep.
The page displays the Entity and any signers that have been added to the party and identified
as a signer through the Related Parties feature within the party record.
The Sole Proprietor and Individual Parties are not displayed in the page, as the First and
Last Name provided for these parties will populate any documents requiring the party's
signature.
The page supports adding a blank signature line to documents by adding an Authorized Signer.
Hovering over an Entity displays the Add Signer button. Clicking the button adds an
Authorized Signer. Authorized Signers that have been added in the Signer page can be
deleted by hovering over the added Authorized Signer, displaying the Remove Signer
button. Authorized Signers are added with a transaction only.
