The Low Advance Amount Processing Fee is a fee available for lines of credit and construction loans where the organization charges a fee for advances less than a specified amount.
There is an open-end text field available in Document Data providing the organization with substantial control over the text to appear in this paragraph. Upon selecting this option, the following language appears in the Note:
The Borrower shall pay to [lender] a Low Advance Fee of [description] in connection with any request for an advance under this credit facility in an amount less than [triggering balance amount].
