How do I set up the default number of copies for a document?

1.      Select Document Properties on the Lending tab in administration.

2.      Open the document policy.

3.      Select Set Properties for Static or Set Properties for Dynamic.

4.      Select the document(s).

n       While pressing the Ctrl key, select multiple separate documents.

n       While pressing the Shift key, select the first document and last document for a continuous set of documents.

5.      Select # of Copies in the table.

6.      Enter the number of copies to default during a transaction. Click OK.

7.      Click the Finish button.

8.      Publish your changes. Refer to the How do I publish? topic for instructions on publishing.

Note

The number entered in the # of Copies option includes the original. For example, if 2 is entered, the first will be the original and the second will be the first copy of the original.
