1. Begin a loan.
2. In Party Information section, complete the information on the Party tab.
3. On the Signers tab, click the Add button to add a signer.
4. Complete the party information.
5. Select the Authorized Signer option if the party will sign the Authorization.

6. Add all applicable signers.
7. Check the boxes next to the signer(s) who will sign the loan documents other than Authorization.
8. Enter the authorization date.
9. Complete authorizations as applicable.

If the Authorized Signer option is selected on the Party tab and the party has the box next to it checked on the Signers tab, the party can sign both the Authorization and the other loan documents.
