How do I set up a Required or Not Required status for a document?

1.      Select Document Properties on the Lending tab in administration.

2.      Select Set Properties for Static or Set Properties for Dynamic.

3.      Select the document(s).

n       While pressing the Ctrl key, select multiple separate documents.

n       While pressing the Shift key, select the first document and last document for a continuous set of documents.

4.      Click the Properties button.

5.      Select Required in the table.

6.      Select Yes or No in the drop-down list. Click OK.

7.      Click the Finish button.

8.      Publish your changes. Refer to the How do I publish? topic for instructions on publishing.

Note

n       Setting a Required status to Yes for a document displays the document title in red font and checks the document for printing in Document Preparation. The document must be printed.

n       Setting the Required status to No will autoselect the document if applicable and display the title in black font and unchecked for printing in Document Preparation. The users has the option to print or not print the document.
