1. Select the Lending tab in administration.
2. Select Variable Rate in the left navigator.
3. Click the New button on the toolbar (blank page icon on the far left).
4. Select the index from the Index Name drop-down list.
5. Enter the current rate in the Index Rate field in the Policy Definition section.
6. Select Early Disclosure in the left navigator.
7. Click the Fixed rate product checkbox, and complete the options that apply to your HELOC plan.
8. If applicable, select Range of Balances in the left navigator. Enter the information that applies to your HELOC plan.
n Click the Add Row button to add a row. Enter data.
n To delete a row, right-click at the beginning of the row and click Delete Row.
9. Select Share with Organizations in the left navigator.
10. Select the organizations that will use this plan.
11. Click the Finish button.
12. Publish your changes. Refer to the How do I Publish topic for instructions on publishing.
It is not required to set up a fixed-Rate HELOC in administration prior to completing the transaction. However, setting up a HELOC product helps keep consistency among disclosures and notes.
