How do I remove Spouse Of language from the Mortgage or Deed of Trust?

1.      Select the blank option from the Spouse drop-down list on the Party tab in the Party Information section.

2.      Verify that all additional borrowers on the loan have the blank option selected in the Spouse drop-down list.

Notes

n       Verify that your jurisdiction allows you to remove this language before completing these steps.

n       The Spousedrop-down list appears when there are at least two borrowers, and the borrower has the Married option selected.
