1. Complete a loan transaction until you reach the Real Estate Collateral window.
2. On the Real Estate Collateral window, click the Addr button and complete the following:
n State and county where the real estate is located.
n The address, city and zip code where the real estate is located.
3. Select Factual Data Flood from the Flood drop-down menu if available.
4. Review the data. Select the Life of Loan or Basic for the service level.
5. Click the Order Flood Certificate button to order the certificate. Adobe Reader must be installed to view the report.
6. Preview and/or print the report. Return to collateral window.
7. Click the Flood button. Verify and complete the information for each tab.
8. Complete the loan until you reach Document Preparation.
9. Preview and print the Standard Flood Hazard Determination in Document Preparation.
n This topic only applies if you ordered the Kroll Factual Data Flood service.
n Enter Kroll Factual Data information in administration for each of your locations/branches before completing a flood determination in lending.
n The information entered in the Flood Info section prints on the Standard Flood Hazard Determination document.
