1. Complete a loan transaction until you reach real estate collateral.
2. Click the Addr button and complete the following:
n State and county where the real estate is located.
n The address, city and zip code where the real estate is located.
3. Click the Flood Wiz button at the bottom of the window.
4. Verify the address information is correct.
5. Select the Life of Loan or Basic option.
6. Click the Flood Wiz button to order the certificate.
7. After the search results message appears, select Show Flood Certificate from the View menu.
8. After viewing the determination, you can choose to print the document by using the printer icon or you can print the Standard Flood Determination document in Document Preparation.
9. Click the Forward Arrow button.
10. Click the Flood button. Verify and complete the information for each tab.
11. Complete the loan until you reach Document Preparation.
12. Preview and print the Standard Flood Hazard Determination in Document Preparation.
n This section only applies if you ordered the Flood Wiz service.
n Enter Flood Wiz information in administration for each of your locations/branches before completing a flood determination in lending.
n The information entered in the Flood Info section prints on the Standard Flood Hazard Determination document.
