1. Select the Lending tab in administration.
2. Select Document in the left navigator.
3. Click the New button on the toolbar (blank page icon on the far left) to add a policy or double-click an existing policy to edit.

4. Enter information for the policy in each section in the navigator. When you reach Combination Documents section, select the Promissory note, disclosure and security agreement option.

5. Continue completing the other sections of the policy.
6. Click the Finish button.
7. If this is a new policy, you will be prompted to enter a policy name. Enter a name easily recognized by your users (example: Combined Consumer Documents).
8. Publish your changes. Refer to the How do I publish topic? for instructions on publishing.
At transaction time, select the policy in the Document Policy drop-down list in Policy Selection.
