Am I required to enter information into Amount Paid to Third Party- Prepayment Penalty on the Disbursements page for a refinance transaction?

If a prepayment penalty was incurred on the loan being paid in full, then the amount of the penalty is required by the GSEs to be included with the transaction file. If a prepayment penalty was not charged, then the information collected in this row can be left blank.
