“Sorry, this page is currently unavailable” or red validation message when accessing interfaces

An issue has been identified, on variable rate transactions, where the MLA Applies check box selection on the Loan Definition page is not being retained. This issue does not occur for fixed rate transactions.
When accessing interfaces, such as Credit Report, ATR/HOEPA/HPML/QM or Flood, a red validation error or a “Sorry, this page is currently unavailable” message may display at the top of the page instead of the selected interface. This is caused by entering data using an invalid format. Use the information below as a guide to help to locate and correct invalid data entry.
Data items captured in the following documents can cause validation warnings when
accessing any of the interfaces such as Credit Report,
ATR/HOEPA/HPML/QM,or Underwriting.
