If I select Partially Exempt per S. 2155 on the Loan Definition page, how will that impact my transaction?

The selection of Partially Exempt per S. 2155 does not have any impact on how the HMDA specific fields function on the pages, and you will be able to collect that HMDA specific data. For example, Credit Scoring Model is a HMDA specific field and is still available on the Financial Analysis page with codes 1 through 9 remaining in the list.

If you are licensed for the HMDA Wiz interface, the HMDA LAR Record, available when Preview LAR Record is selected on the HMDA page, will include 'Partially Exempt per S. 2155' at the top of the report, an asterisk on each field that can be reported as exempt, and a footer at the bottom of the report. The HMDA LAR Record is telling you what HMDA LAR data the is being sent to HMDA Wiz. Within the HMDA Wiz product, you will see the data that has been sent from ComplianceOne mortgage in each field, and you can configure which partially exempt fields your organization wants to report as exempt and those that you want to continue to report on.

If you are not licensed for the HMDA Wiz interface, the HMDA LAR Record, available when Preview LAR Record is selected on the HMDA page, will include 'Partially Exempt per S. 2155' at the top of the report, and the appropriate exemption code (i.e. 'Exempt' or '1111') is included in the Value column for each of the exempt fields. The HMDA LAR Record is telling you what HMDA LAR data is included in the pipe delimited file. When Create LAR Record is selected, the appropriate exemption code (i.e. 'Exempt' or '1111') is included in the pipe delimited text file for each the exempt fields.
