I know that applicant’s or borrower’s age is required to be collected on HMDA transactions but cannot find a field to enter the information. How is age being calculated?

The applicant’s or borrower’s age is calculated for you, as of the Application Received Date entered on the Loan Definition page, as the number of whole years derived from the Date of Birth you have entered for the applicant or borrower in the Party Details page.

The age of the applicant or borrower will be printed on the LAR Record report.
