Why am I receiving an inactive session message?

To protect against unauthorized use, you receive an Inactive Session message after an extended period of inactivity (15 minutes) allowing you to continue the session without re-authenticating. If you do not indicate you would like to continue the session, or the Inactive Session message is not responded to prior to the actual session timeout (20 minutes), you will receive the Session Expired message indicating your session has been ended (i.e. you will be logged out).

Changes, made to the transaction up to the point in when the Inactive Session message displays, are saved with the exception of the following pages because they contain a Cancel/Save option: Party Details, Demographics, Collateral Details, Fee Details, Service Provider Information, and Fee Policy.
