Where do I enter the proposed monthly housing expenses?

The proposed monthly housing expenses are entered directly on the credit application under the Monthly Income and Combined Housing Expense Information section.

This information is used with the Ability to Repay (ATR) and Qualified Mortgage (QM) determinations.
