How do I get the In-Person Delivery and Mailing addresses on the How to Make Your
Mortgage Payments document?
To get the Address for In-Person Delivery to appear on the document, in
Administration setup an alternate address on the Addresses page for 'Physical
Address for Payment in Person'. In your transaction within the Closing phase, on
the Document Data page for the How to Make Your Mortgage Payments document
select Payment Made In Person or Address for In-Person
Delivery.
To get the Mailing Address to appear on the document, in Administration setup an
alternate address on the Addresses page for 'Payment Center'.
Once the addresses are setup, for existing transactions, refresh your
Organization data at transaction time on the Loan Definition page for the
addresses to print to the document.
To select the How to Make Your Mortgage Payments document during the closing
phase the Document Policy from Administration needs to have a payment cut off
time setup for the mortgage loan payments or provide an 'other' description for
how payments are accepted or choose that payments are accepted the day they are
received excluding Saturdays and holidays.
