Why do I have a Release of Real Estate Security Instrument in my document list on a transaction where I do not have released collateral?

The Release of Real Estate Security Instrument is an optional document for transactions that are not modifications that contain real property collateral. The document is used to assist with the future release of the mortgage or deed of trust that is created with the transaction.

Collateral states that require a third-party trustee to execute the release are not supported. These include: California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
