What fees are included in the Amount Paid to Insurance Companies calculation?

The following fees are included in the Amount Paid to Insurance Companies calculation.

• PMI prepaid that is not paid to the Lender and is subtracted from the proceeds.
• Any fee that has the word ‘insurance’ in its name, paid by the Borrower and is subtracted from the proceeds or added to the amount requested. This does not apply to the Flood Insurance Monitoring fee.
