Does removing a borrower from the transaction impact my collateral owners?

If a party on the loan, such as a borrower, is also a collateral owner, and the borrower is removed from the transaction, the party will be removed as a collateral owner. For example, if Jan Doe, John Doe and Jim Doe are borrowers on the loan and Jan Doe and Jim Doe are the collateral owners for a Single Family Dwelling, Jan Doe will be removed as a collateral owner if she is removed from the transaction as a borrower.
