How do specify if my organization's has the first or second lien on the collateral?

When adding real estate collateral, select First or Second in the Organization’s Lien Position list.

In addition to specifying your organization’s lien position, you may add two additional lienholders to the collateral. These additional lienholders are creditors other than your organization. For example, if your organization held a second lien position on the collateral, you may indicate the creditor who holds the first lien in the Additional Lienholders section.

You are permitted to select more than two additional lienholders when the real estate is located in Georgia or Florida, your organization does not have a first lien on the collateral, and you select Future Advance Dragnet Closure Letter in the Collateral Information section.
