Are multiple real property collateral supported on a single transaction?

Yes, the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure support multiple real estate collateral on the same transaction. You must select one purpose for the transaction (i.e. all purchase, or all refinance, etc.).

The same valuation must be passed (i.e. all sales price, all appraised values or all estimated values) for each real estate collateral.
