Where do the USDA Guarantee and Annual rates come from?

The rates for the USDA Guarantee Fee and Annual Fee are set by the USDA. Wolters Kluwer Financial Services will update the rates as they are officially published. The Obligated Date under the Mortgage Insurance section on the Calculations page determines which set of rates are applied to the transaction.
